Napps World hairdressing booking platform is a mobile-web application available on all web browsers at, and accessible on all smartphones, desktop and other mobile devices. 


We work with freelance, mobile hairdressers and salons skilled in afro and curly hair types, providing a range of specialist hairdressing services where clients can request to book on our platform. 

All partners listed on our platform have full access to their profile, business information, services as well as bookings and messages from clients.  


We offer a free trial for the first 3 bookings – no fees from the date of joining. You can cancel your partnership at any time with a given one month notice. Please email and a member from our team will remove your profile from our platform. 


After our free trial period, we take 10% fee for every booking. 


You will receive a notification for all bookings, messages and virtual consultation requests via email. You will be able to review and accept bookings directly from your profile on our platform. 

For mobile and freelance hairdressers who travel to clients, we charge all users a £2.00 per mile fee to cover travel expense. The travel charge is calculated from the hairdressers base location to the client’s address, which is added to the total service price.


We take a 25% non-refundable deposit for all bookings. All users pay a 25% down-payment of the total service price once the booking request has been accepted by the hairdresser/salon. All payments will be transferred to the hairdresser/salon to secure booking. The remaining funds are paid directly to the hairdresser/salon on the day of the appointment. 

We accept payments via Stripe. On the first booking, we will send you a one-time link to create a Stripe account to collect your deposit.  


All users can cancel anytime or reschedule 48 hours before their appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.


We accept 30 minutes window for clients running late. For over 30 minutes late and no shows, hairdressers/salon can cancel appointment via our app. Hairdressers/salons are entitled to rearrange the appointment with the client or wait for the client’s arrival.

We do not accept any fees or hidden extra costs charged to any of our users for being late. 25% deposits cover time and losses. 


All partners must display high-quality and clear photography of their work and services on our platform. Any poor-quality photography will be taken down immediately. 

We advise all partners to receive consent from models for advertising purposes. We will use your photography to promote your work and services across our channels. Any complaints on photography used without consent will be removed immediately.


Any disputes must be handled firstly between the hairdresser and client. If matters are not resolved by either party, a member from Napps will step in to resolve the matter as fairly as possible. For any unresolved disputes, please contact and Napps Member will be in touch. Should either party wish to take matters further, please seek independent advice from the Citizen Advice Bureau.
